For years I wrongly assumed that recipes weren't so important. I actually believed that ingredients were the only thing that mattered. But let's get real: if a delicious recipe is missing, that special food might not get eaten or might not get eaten in sufficient amounts! Further, as should be very clear to readers of my book, we can all use all the help we can get these days!
